PRE NEGO ŠTO IZGOVORIŠ

I pre nego što izgovoriš
Nepisana pesma šapuće
Na usnama tvojim
Nauči srce,
Živopis vatre
Nosi ožiljke,
Bolne zalihe.
Izusti, ljubavi, iz čitanke
Ko je napisao snove,
Gde složio
Tek život iznošeni?
Izmrvili smo
Pogaču ljubavi
Gde se rastanak mosti.

Even Before You Say It

Even before you say it
an unwritten poem whispers
on your lips.
Teach your heart,
the source of flame
carries wounds,
painful memories.
Say it, my love from the primer,
who recorded my dreams
where is my worn out life
stored?
We broke the bread of love
there where we
turned into the bridge of
departure.

RAZLIČITOST

Sazdan od Reči
Samo jedno sam Slovo.

DIFFERENCE

Built of Words
I am only one Letter.

Istanbul Literary Review, Turkey, 2011

IZVIDANE RANE

Svetac međ' svecima
Molitvom pozlaćuje
Rane –
Vaskrslog Hrista.

The Healed Wounds

The saint among saints
With his prayer
Paints in gold
The wounds
Of the Resurrected Christ.

ZA NEŽNI NAPEV

Preostaje mi reč
Hartija
Neumrljana
I prozor
Koji otvara
U mojim očima
Svanuće.

For a Gentler Song

The Word is left
Paper
Untouched
And  the window
Opens
A sunrise
In my eyes.

SAN OSLIKAN

Kraj blagdana
Poslednji obrisi krajolika
U kući reči uspavanke
Začine tišinu
Pod mekim uzglavljem
San oslikan.

A dream sketched

The end of the holiday
The last silhouettes landscape
In the house lullabies
Under a soft pillow of
A dream sketched.

Thanal magazine, India

SVE ŠTO IMAM

Osećam kao da nisam u ovom svetu
Sve što imam
Sve manje posedujem
U sjaju naseljen
Jedino još
Branim Darodavca.

U svetlosti koja se budi
Izvajane reči
Odsanjaju odsjaj mudrosti
Dok božansko teče dalje
I vraća se duboko u mene.

All I Have

I feel as if not in the world
All I have
I own less
In the light housed
I only
Protect the Gift Donor.

In the awakening light
Of the sculptured word
Dream the reflection of wisdom
While the celestial flows further
Returning deeply into me.

STEPENIK

STEPENIK

I ovaj kamen kazuje
Umesto mene:
Jezičak je pravatre
Cakli i svetluca
Iz drevnog sna
Na mome pragu.
Čuva mi kuću i ognjište
A noću pali zvezde i svice.
Ovaj pradavni kamen – prag
Kazuje mi rodoslov
I pronosi imena predaka
Trošeći sebe sama.

DOOR - STEP

This stone talks
Instead of me
The tiny flame is pre-fire
It shines and gleams
From the old dreams
On my door-step
Guarding my home and fireplace
Lighting the night stars and fireflies
This ancient stone - door-step
Tells me my pedigree
The names of my ancestors
While spending itself.
